Payment PlansI understand that planning a wedding involves a lot of considerations, including financial ones. To make things a bit easier for you, I'm happy to offer payment plans. The process is designed to be as flexible and stress-free as possible. To secure your date, a non-refundable retainer fee of $75 is required. The good news is that this amount goes directly towards your final balance, ensuring that your investment contributes to creating the perfect atmosphere for your wedding. For a clearer picture, let's consider an example with three bridal party members and 1 bride. 3 bridal party members = $360, The Bride's fee $200 + travel $40, totaling $600. Your payment breakdown would look like this: Initial Payment (due immediately to hold the date): $75 Second Payment (due 45 days before the wedding): $262.50 Final Payment (due 7 days before the wedding): $262.50 This way, you can spread out the investment over a few months, making it more manageable for you.

Are there any other fees?-If your venue has valet or paid parking, that will be covered by the bride. -Early start fee If I need to arrive before 6:30am.

Does a booked trial hold my wedding date?No, wedding dates are only held once a retainer and contract have been signed.

Do you have a service minimum?For hair only services I do have a 3 adult service minimum Fri-sat. I do travel for brides who need hair and makeup for themselves only.

Do you offer trials?Yes, trials are 2.5 hour appointments. This allows us to really dial in your wedding day look. ​ Trials are available Fridays & Sundays at the studio in Costa Mesa. ​ In Salon: $200 ​ On-Location: $200 + Travel I come to you and can offer more availability during the week if needed. Please see FAQ for travel rates by city.

Do you bring an assistant with you?If your bridal group requires multiple artists, I will only bring people with me that I truly trust to deliver quality service.

What is included when bookingWe are a Southern California on-site hair and makeup team. All brides will receive a wedding day beauty timeline for all services booked with Brivbeauty. High end luxury products such as Oribe and Kenra Professional hair products will be used for your services.

Do you offer a touch-up hour?I offer a touch up hour that includes a quick bridal party touch-up and a hairstyle change for the bride for 75$ an hour, 2 hour minimum. Time begins once all contracted services are rendered.

Can you provide proof of insurance for my venue?Yes, I'm a licensed and Insured Bridal hairstylist vendor.

Can I add services on the wedding day?If time permits. Add-on guests will be serviced only after all contracted guests are done, unless they're taking the place of someone else.

Destination WeddingsDestinations 3-4.5 hours = $500 travel fee + 1-night hotel stay. Destinations 5-6 hours = $750 travel fee + 2 nights. Destinations over 7 hours requires a custom quote.
